THE ARTIST

Ryleigh Plank, recently seen representing Team Ariana on Season 21's Top 13 of 'The Voice', can be described as musical melting pot, stemming from inspirations and passions in pop, alternative rock, R&B, and soul. She grew up listening to 80s hitmakers such as Michael Jackson, Prince and Whitney Houston, and developed a taste for the alternative scene in her pre-teen years. With experience in a multitude of genres and outlets, Ryleigh has been working to carve out a place and name for herself in the music industry since she was a young girl, having performed in venues across the US since the age of 6. Now, at 21 years old, she has had the honor of being chosen for Ariana Grande's first team on The Voice. Prior to her fruitful run on the show, Ryleigh was nominated for and won many performance awards, including CARA and ICHSA Best Soloist recognitions. She has also been seen opening for JT Hodges, is featured on two A Cappella Academy albums with the mentorship of Grammy winner Ben Bram, former Pentatonix member Avi Kaplan, and arranger Rob Dietz, as well as having hosted and opened for two ICCA competitions, and is featured on B103.9's morning jingle. She was also recently a part of The Voice season finale's Sing 2 performance featuring Tori Kelly and Keke Palmer. Though she's been singing since she was 3, her love for music didn't stop with singing alone. Ryleigh has been songwriting since she was a kid and took an interest in producing and engineering at the age of 13. She also has found a love for dancing, acting, makeup, and aspires to pursue those things alongside her music career.
